As a young person, I especially enjoyed creating art of all types of mediums. As I grew older this love never faded, and eventually I went to college to study art. Although I received a Bachelor of Fine Art in Interior Design, it was because of home schooling my own children and teaching art at local schools and businesses, that I grew
As a young person, I especially enjoyed creating art of all types of mediums. As I grew older this love never faded, and eventually I went to college to study art. Although I received a Bachelor of Fine Art in Interior Design, it was because of home schooling my own children and teaching art at local schools and businesses, that I grew more passionate about teaching young artists how to build their skills and use their creativity in their future endeavors. I have taught art in the local community for over 16 years at the Timothy Ministry, Compass Prep Academy, Cherokee Christian School, Canton Music & Arts, The Art Place in Cobb County, and most recently as the MS/HS Visual Art Instructor at The King's Academy in their Fine Art Academy.

My Inspiration
I enjoy thinking about God, the great Creator... the maker of heaven and earth (Genesis 1:1). It is inspiring to look-upon and admire the world around us in all it's beauty and splendor and know that the greatest artist of all, whose daily canvas is our amazing sky, has given all of us creativity within because we are made in His image.
I enjoy thinking about God, the great Creator... the maker of heaven and earth (Genesis 1:1). It is inspiring to look-upon and admire the world around us in all it's beauty and splendor and know that the greatest artist of all, whose daily canvas is our amazing sky, has given all of us creativity within because we are made in His image. Glorifying and honoring Him in all things is my greatest desire. May my life be a reflection of His goodness, kindness and love to all of humanity.
